Property Description

Searching for an Outer Banks retreat without the hustle of vacation rentals? Discover Kinnakeet Villas in Avon, a rare opportunity to own a brand new Outer Banks residence in a community where you can enjoy a peaceful coastal lifestyle, where neighbors know one another and homeownership is centered on enjoying the island, not managing weekly rental turnover. Completed in May 2026, this thoughtfully designed 3 bed/2bath home features a traditional floor plan with vaulted ceilings and natural light, while the kitchen offers quartz countertops, a large island, and clean coastal finishes. Covered decks, an outdoor shower, and generous storage for all your beach and water sports gear make life on the island easy. Owner/builder is offering interest only builder financing available with 70% down payment. Also offering to pay the first year of membership dues to Kinnakeet Shores, giving you access to oceanfront and soundside beaches, an Olympic-size pool, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails, and more. Each home is also designed to accommodate an elevator. With only a handful of homesites remaining, now is the time to discover Kinnakeet Villas. Schedule your private tour today and experience a different way to own on the Outer Banks. *Tax bill has not yet been generated by Dare County.*
